You don’t win on emotion. You win on execution.

Leadership ––
In leading a team, I found that performance follows purpose. In running a company, I've come to understand the mechanics of clothing, and the business behind it. Respect, humility, and a learning-mindset are essential. I believe that great leaders are listeners first, and able to adapt and improvise, while establishing an inspired and collaborative working environment.
Design Vision ––
I was raised in Arizona by a basketball coach and an interior designer, and have always sought balance between sport and art. While playing basketball, a project for Nike led to design school in New York and I was awarded a seat at the Fashion Institute of Technology. I was selected for the coveted Ralph Lauren Purple Label internship and was then hired onto the design team.
Working at Ralph Lauren immersed me into the world of British and Italian tailoring, and American workwear. While living in New York, I found an enthusiasm for architecture and it still inspires me on a daily basis. All of those inspirations can be found in my work.
Mentorship ––
Mentoring the next generation of creatives is one of my passions. I serve as a guest lecturer on design entrepreneurship, design technology, and CLO 3D at several US and international universities. My mission is to inspire creatives on their journey, and to empower diverse voices through innovation and entrepreneurship.
